Your Membership Renewal allows APS to keep offering you the programs and benefits of our active, pastel-focused regional art society.

Our membership year begins on January 1st.

You must pay dues by March 1st to attend the next Member Meeting and Demonstration.

  • Receive our Bi-Monthly Emails about Pastel Workshops, Exhibition opportunities, member news and APS news, as well as news from the Pastel art community.

  • Attend Bi-Monthly Membership meetings where members and guest artists provide demonstrations, lectures & slide presentations, painting workshops, critique sessions, and discussions of art-related topics.

  • Share your own experiences in a creative environment at Paint-Ins, Paint-Outs and other activities.

  • Receive a Member Discount on APS-sponsored Workshops, some taught by nationally known pastel artists.

  • Exhibit your pastel paintings in our Non-Juried Gallery Shows, Juried Member Shows, our Annual NC Statewide Exhibition and the APS Biennial National Juried Exhibition.

  • Participate in the Member Gallery on the APS website and have a link from your featured painting to your personal website.
