2019 Non-Juried Show Additional steps for entrants…

If you have already submitted an entry, be sure to complete the following

NEXT STEPS:

1.  (Optional) If you are going to submit a digital image of your painting(s), refer to the format and email instructions provided in the show prospectus.

2.  Required:  Please print, sign, and bring to the show with you the APS Liability Form, found at the following link…  http://www.appalachianpastelsociety.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/APS_NJShow_Disclaimer.pdf

3.  Required: BlackBird Frame & Art also requires a statement signed by the artist.  Print, sign, and bring to the show with you the BlackBird form… http://www.appalachianpastelsociety.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Consignment_Show.pdf

4.  Carefully read prospectus for dates, times and your responsibilities for this show.  (Please let Anne know if you find you are unable to come.  annekallen@gmail.com )

5.  The APS entry fee is $12, which is paid at the time of delivery to the show.

6.  Required:  Attach a label to the back of the frame with the artist’s name, title of the painting, and sales price.
